Favicons listed in google SERPs?

There are rumours nowadays saying that Google is testing favicons in search results.
Here is a screenshot results for Matt Cutts` website:

We tested it and nothing showed up so far but according to a Google employee this could be true:
"We do a ton of tests every year, so I wouldn't be surprised to accidentally stumble across something like this :-). That said, I'd be curious to hear of other changes in the search results pages that you guys would like to see. I don't really have anything to do with that, but it's always neat to see what kind of ideas you all would have. Do you think favicons make sense in search results? Do they help you to recognize a site that you like to go to?"

What is a Good hyperlink?

A good text link needs to be surrounded by other keywords and to be clearly visible for the reader. From SEO point of view it is important to have a good anchor text pointing to somebody`s website. This is how a website gets a vote from you for a specific keyword phrase.

For eg. "For excellent examples of good photoshop tutorials hypertext look no further than teachtutorials.com, online photoshop tutorials resource"
